I know this site has been static for a long time but it is tax time again and this brings another time to work together as a community to help lighten the work load for those who are protesting this year. Lennar handing over HOA?

I dont have to much time to elaborate in more detail but, the last meeting stated Lennar was handing over the HOA to the community and the reserve is in good standing. If anyone would like to commment with any details or keep us updated on the status with this it would be appreciated.

Looks like they will just skirt by the minimum allowed square footage allowed for a residence in the HOA bylaws.

Forclosure do to Fees?
Sec. 209.009. FORECLOSURE SALE PROHIBITED IN CERTAIN CIRCUMSTANCES.
A property owners' association may not foreclose a property owners' association's assessment lien if the debt securing the lien consists solely of:
(1) fines assessed by the association; or
(2) attorney's fees incurred by the association solely associated with fines assessed by the association.
