I know this site has been static for a long time but it is tax time again and this brings another time to work together as a community to help lighten the work load for those who are protesting this year. I will be organizing a section of the Navigation specifically for the new protest. I will also be posting up pictures and documents that will help you get your taxes lowered. Stay Tuned.

 

Lennar handing over HOA?

I dont have to much time to elaborate in more detail but, the last meeting stated Lennar was handing over the HOA to the community and the reserve is in good standing. If anyone would like to commment with any details or keep us updated on the status with this it would be appreciated.

Looks like they will just skirt by the minimum allowed square footage allowed for a residence in the HOA bylaws.

HOA Fees


Forclosure do to Fees?

Sec. 209.009. FORECLOSURE SALE PROHIBITED IN CERTAIN CIRCUMSTANCES.
A property owners' association may not foreclose a property owners' association's assessment lien if the debt securing the lien consists solely of:
(1) fines assessed by the association; or
(2) attorney's fees incurred by the association solely associated with fines assessed by the association.

    The Huttoparke HOA meeting is scheduled for October 30th 2008. We should find topics the community is interested in discussing for enlightenment. The first topic I could think of is where our dues are going. If you feel something is missing or would like to add a topic, please comment below.
